Microsoft took advantage of the announcement of the new January games for Xbox Game Pass to let all Ultimate subscribers know about the implementation of touch controls to a new selection of titles in the cloud.

The list of games with support for Xbox Touch Controls can now count as many as 135 entries, a large part of the entire Game Pass catalog. Thanks to this feature, Ultimate subscribers can play via the cloud without using a traditional controller, relying solely on touch controls on their mobile device. According to Microsoft’s analysis, “20% of the entire user accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming uses touch as an exclusive control method.” In light of this, we are not surprised at the constant attention that Redmond’s home continues to devote to this functionality.
