Warhammer’s announcement 40,000: Space Marine II surprised all fans of the series, showing up in a totally unexpected way on stage of The Game Awards 2021.
In the studios of Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive, the title will offer a sequel to the first Space Marine, which began on the video game market more than ten years ago. On the occasion of the revel, the development team did not offer precise time details about the debut of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II, intended to land exclusively on hardware of a next gen nature.
Clearer indications in this regard come now from the latest financial report of Games Workshop, which among the publications planned for 2022 specifically mentions Total War: Warhammer 3, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Lost Crusade. No Warhammer 40,000 instead: Space Marine II, which will therefore skip the appointment with the current year, to propose instead to the public only later. At the moment, it is unclear whether enthusiasts will have to wait for 2023, or whether the debut of the adventure will be expected even further.
