In parallel with the announcement of the release date and the opening of the preorders of the new PS5 collection, Sony removed the stand-alone editions for PS4 of Uncharted 4: End of a Thief and Uncharted: Lost Inheritance
This means that from today all PS4 owners will only and exclusively be able to buy the Digital Bundle containing both games for the price of €39.99. A move that effectively limits the choice to all those who already own one of the two titles in their collection, who are now forced to buy a bundle containing a product that they have already bought.
The sales modes of the two PS4 games on the PlayStation Store have changed in conjunction with the announcement of the launch date of Uncharted: Collecting The Thiefs’ Inheritance for PS5 and the subsequent opening of the preorders. The collection for the new generation console will be released on 28 January 2022 offering an improved technical sector, three different graphic modes (Faithfulness, Performance and Performance+), support for 3D audio, compatibility with aptic feedback and triggers
PS4 players who own Uncharted 4, Uncharted The Lost Inheritance or the new Digital Bundle can upgrade to the PS5 version for the price of 10 euros. PlayStation Plus subscribers who have redeemed Uncharted 4 in the past cannot buy the upgrade of 10 euros.
