From THQ Nordic, who after the recent celebrations for the tenth anniversary announced that he had 28 unannounced games in development at Deep Silver, passing through Koch Media and Saber Interactive.
The development teams currently under the aegis of Embracer Group are very many, but the parent company active in the gaming sector does not seem to be willing to limit its ambitions. In the last financial report, the company has in fact announced its intention to proceed with a vast program of acquisitions. The target? Introduce 37 other development teams into the Embracer Group family “about,” all within the next twelve months.
A statement of intent that, although impressive, seems consistent with the path made by the company in recent times. During the last year, Embracer Group has welcomed under its wing 37 software houses: an achievement that aims to replicate also in 2022. Specifically, the new inputs that 2021 brought with it include 3D Realms, Aspyr Media, CrazyLabs, Demiurge Studios, DigixArt, Easy Trigger, Force Field, Fractured
For the time being, Embracer Group has not offered any indication on what the next software house will be acquired: to learn more, therefore, we have to wait for announcements about this.
