Steam Deck: Death Stranding, Sekiro And Many Other Games Have Been Optimized

As confirmed by Valve in the previous days, Steam Deck is ready for launch in February 2022 and there will be no further referrals. This means that the company is intensifying its optimization work aimed at making the Steam catalogue games perfectly compatible with the new platform.

Thanks to SteamDB we now officially discover the first 38 games to have received the “Verified” stamp, aimed at confirming their complete optimization for the upcoming portable system. Among these are also names of great thickness such as Death Stranding, Sekiro Shadows Die Twice and Dark Souls III, as well as iconic indie games such as Hollow Knight, Celeste, The Binding of Isa You can see the full list on SteamDB, obviously bearing in mind that it is a number of temporary ones destined to grow more and more with the passage of time.

24 are the titles with “Giocabile” stamp, given to the productions that work properly on Steam Deck without being fully optimized. Among these are the names of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, NieR Automata, Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Bravely Default 2. Only 5 for now, finally, the games classified as “Unsupported”: the biggest name of such classification is that of Person 4 Golden. Here too, these are lists that are constantly being updated, and it is not to be excluded that they can be extended in the near future.

Meanwhile, Shuhei Yoshida already has Steam Deck and is playing God of War: at the moment the Santa Monica Studio title does not fall into any of the three categories, but most likely updates will come soon.
