Part of our selection of the best Indie presented at E3 2021, Loot River is an intriguing RPG action that proposes a peculiar fusion between Dark Souls and Tetris.
As already highlighted by the first trailer of Loot River, the title developed by Straka Studio will require players to venture through mysterious ruins made up of mobile platforms. The latter must be moved by the adventurers, who will only be able to proceed in the adventure and face the enemies waiting for them. A bit Dungeon Crawler a bit Roguelike, Loot River will see the players control both the protagonist and the mobile sections of the setting at the same time.
A challenge that is not low-profile, which is now showing up in a new dedicated trailer. Straka Studio has decided to publish a new video to celebrate an important announcement: Loot River will arrive at Day One in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue. Originally expected for 2021, the Indie is still without a precise date of release. At least, the debut platforms have already been defined, with Loot River expected exclusively on Microsoft devices, with support for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X Plus.
To take a new look at the production, you can rely on the movie available in the opening to this news, but not only. Straka Studio has published a first Demo of Loot River, which you can download for free from the Steam page of the game.
