After the first comparisons between PC and PS5 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, the reactions of the professionals continue to be not particularly enthusiastic about the work done by Square Enix.
Among the most critical voices, the editorial staff of Digital Foundry is now also raised. Some of the editors of the portal have in fact shared their preliminary impressions through social networks. Alexander Battle, for example, pointed the index against frequent stuttering phenomena that would instil the enjoyability of adventure. A circumstance confirmed by John Linneman, who, without any words, writes: “The porting PC of Final Fantasy VII is terrible.”
Even from the pages of the well-known forum Resetera, Alexander Battle’s comments do not seem to take on more moderate contours. On the platform, in fact, the editor of Digital Foundry describes the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade as “literally, one of the worst releases I’ve seen on PC for a long time now. In my humble opinion – he concludes – no one should buy it.”
How’s your experience with the JRPG porting of Square Enix going? Remember that for the moment the PC version of the title is exclusive to Epic Games Store, although some dataminers have recently reported the possible arrival of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade also on Steam.
