Dice Awards 2022: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Is The First 9 Nominations, Followed By Deathloop

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences has just announced the games in play at the 25th edition of the D.I.C.E. Awards, which will take place live on February 24th in Las Vegas.

The big favorite of the evening seems to be Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, exclusive PlayStation 5 that managed to bring together the beauty of nine nominations, including the one for the Best Game of the Year. “To all our finalists, congratulations! Keep on surprising us by overcoming the limits of creativity, technical innovations and storytelling,” said Meggan Scavio, president of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. Last year’s ceremony was virtually due to restrictions imposed by Coronavirus’s pandemic. The Last of Us Part 2 appeared as the great favourite, with 11 nominations (record to the DICE Awards), but in the end the Game of the Year award was won by Hades.
