From the columns of his Twitter profile, Fletcher explains that “as a person who has worked with Microsoft in the past and was part of the Xbox team to develop the Gears series, I am rather excited by today’s news. I loved the time I spent in Microsoft, Phil Spencer and Satya Nadella are great. I really can’t think of a better team to work with. I’m ready and loaded for the second round! And I’m really excited to know that maybe I won’t have to pay for my Microsoft Alumni membership anymore!”
